CounterspaceApp is a framework for designing community-led mitigation solutions tackling microaggressions on HE campuses. The project aims to harness the power of community knowledge formation and to enable effective addressing of the four main pillars of microaggression mitigation theory (identification, de-individualisation, counter space fostering, and community building) in a post-digital context.
Vladimir Molico is a 2021 RCA MA Digital Direction graduate and service designer passionate about facilitating community-centric design solutions, democratising design, and promoting inclusivity as the main driver for societal innovation. He has an extensive professional background as a brand consultant, creative director and graphic designer.
